HCLTech is Hiring an UX Researcher Near Mountain View, CA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our team and help us create seamless and user-friendly digital experiences. As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding user needs and behaviors to enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
  • Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
  • Experience and proficiency with remote testing tools.
  • Time flexibility to work with users in the US and Europe.
  • Use a diverse set of UX research tools and methods to conduct primary and secondary user research.
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research and to Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
  • Perform market and user research.
  • Perform usability studies with users.
  • Collaborate with UX Design team to plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
  • Experience of working on digital products and services for consumer and business applications.
  • Experience of working with software development teams and methods to bring products to market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to share research and test results to Product Management, Program Management and Business Leaders.
  • Ability to function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing for the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.
  • Expertise in Digital Transformation.
  • Experience in human centered design.
  • Business Process Improvement.

Bachelors Degree Required

This is a paid position with opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of User Experience Research.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
